Christine is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) currently in private practice in the Calgary area. She holds a Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of Calgary and has worked in pediatrics and community health in both Canada and the United States since 2001. She also earned a Masters degree in Public Health and Epidemiology from the University of Hawai’i in 2005. Christine completed her lactation education and training through the University of California, San Diego. She is certified by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners and is a member of the Alberta Independent Registered Lactation Consultants, the Canadian Lactation Consultant Association and the International Lactation Consultant Association. She currently sits on the board of directors for the Canadian Lactation Consultant Association.

Christine believes that every mother deserves the right to professional, individualized, timely and judgment free breastfeeding support. In addition to one-on-one consultations, Christine also co-leads a breastfeeding mothers support group. Christine lives in Calgary, AB with her husband Matthew, their three healthy (and breastfed) children and a menagerie of pets.
